Established in 2008 and operating in Mumbai, Talent Discoveri is one of India's leading executive search firms that specialize in the BFSI sector. With the aim of developing a portal that would facilitate the discovery of talent for niche segments, namely insurance and finance, the founders required the design and development of a website that would suit the purpose.
our approach
PBC designed a neat website, a comfortable shift from the usual image that the BFSI industry portrays. Animated characters and content that was crisp and inspiring, the portal has an equal mix of information along with a portal with available job openings. While a user can login and register to ‘found’ amongst the crowd, there is much engagement on the website for others to share, interact and learn.
